Hepburn Health Service is the main provider of health care in the Hepburn Shire, a catchment population of approximately 15,000 (June 2006). We are a dynamic public health service providing health care through campuses at Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford and Trentham and a range of community based services.
We are accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and the Commonwealth Aged Care Standards Accreditation Agency.
We are dedicated to providing high quality integrated acute health, aged care, primary care and community care services which are accessible, responsive and accountable to individual and community need.
This is achieved by actively working with the community to provide confidential services and programs that promote wellness, health awareness and work towards preventing ill health.
In doing so our staff are committed to supporting, educating and developing skills with clients that provide the opportunity to make involved decisions about their health and wellbeing.
